Geely Cheesecake

In this wonderful cake, which looks and tastes, we will use the ingredients below

 

Required components:

 

First layer

1) 1 packet of Marie's biscuit or any other kind similar to Marie's biscuit.

2) 200gm of butter.

 

Second layer

1) 200 gm cream cheese (any kind).

2) ½ cup cream.

3) ½ cup milk.

4) 2 - 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar (the degree of sweetness optional).

5) 10gm gelatin envelope (dissolved in a quarter cup of water) or according to the instructions on the box.

 

Third layer

1) 200gm - 250gm frozen mixed berries

2) ¼ – ½ cup sugar (Optional).

3) 1 cup water

4) 10gm gelatin envelope (dissolved in a quarter cup of water) or according to the instructions on the box

 

Fourth layer

Transparent lemon jelly.

1) 10g x 5 gelatin sachets.

2) 1 cup room temperature water.

3) 2 cups + ½ cup boiling water.

4) 1 cup of sugar (200 g).

5) 2 tablespoons of lemon.
