A healthy and delicious salad with a different and wonderful taste that contains a lot of nutrients, and is recommended for diet and healthy diets, as it makes you feel full from a small amount

 

The ingredients:

1) 4 large boiled Beetroot

2) ½ lobe garlic

3) 3 - 4 tablespoons of Tahini (mashed sesame)

4) 3 - 4 spoons of yogurt

5) Lemon

6) Salt

 

How to prepare:

Smash the beetroot well, smash ½ lobe of garlic well and add it to the beetroot, then gradually add the Tahini + yogurt + lemon then salt

 

Mix it well until the ingredients are completely mixed.

 

Served with a little mint leaf garnish
