Grilled Chicken Legs
An easy, delicious and beautifully presented way to grill chicken legs.
Required components:
- 1 kilo chicken legs
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 tomato
- 2 crushed garlic
- mashed ginger
- salt
- oil
- paprika
- curry
How to prepare:
Crush the garlic and ginger and put it in the bottom of the grill pan with a little oil
Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them in the grill tray.
Cut the potatoes into slices and place them on top of the tomato.
Arrange the chicken legs in a beautiful circular shape and sprinkle over the chicken legs a pinch of salt + a pinch of curry + a pinch of paprika - as in the picture below:
We cover the tray with aluminum foil .. and to the oven at 200 degrees - after half an hour we lift the tin foil and leave it to roast for an additional half an hour
