 Delicious Dessert with Swiss roll Cake

 


Swiss Roll Dessert is an innovative way to make easy and quick sweets from almost ready-made materials that are available and have a wonderful taste.

It can be used for occasions and parties, with elegant for presentation

 

Required components

1) 3 - 4 Box Swiss roll cake

2) 2 Sachet of gelatin 50gm

3) A frozen fruits

4) Sugar

5) 1 cup cream

6) ½ cup sugar

7) 2 tablespoons custard cup

8) Almonds as desired

 

How to prepare:

 

First we prepare the Plate which we will prepare the Swiss roll Dessert, preferably round plate.

We will cover the plate with a layer of clink film (nylon for food preservation and packaging) and in this way:



 

Secondly, we will cut the ready-made Swiss roll cake into rings, the thickness of the ring is 1cm and describe it in the plate, and in this way:

 


Now let's start making the filling layers:

 

The first layer: We will put the frozen fruits in a bowl on the stove with a quarter cup of sugar .. We leave the mixture until all the fruits are mashed and become a cohesive mixture

 

We remove the fruit mixture from the stove and filtered from any impurities.

At this stage, we start by dissolving (5 g bag) of gelatin in cold water and over a water bath and adding it to the mixture of the filtered fruits.

The mixture is poured over the Swiss roll slices arranged in the bowl, then placed in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes for the mixture to firm up.

 

The second layer: we mix 1 cup of cream + ½ cup of milk + 2 tablespoons of finely ground sugar + 2 cup spoons of caster dissolved in cold water.

Mix all the ingredients up and cook on a low heat with constant stirring, after we have a thick mixture, remove from the stove and leave to cool.

In the same way as before, we dissolve (5g bag) gelatin in water and add it to the mixture (second layer).

 

We take out the Swiss roll Dessert from the refrigerator and add the cream mixture over the first layer, which will be second layer, and also return the Dessert dish to the refrigerator again for 10-15 minutes.

 

 

The third layer: we will add some roasted nuts, this is optional

 

Then we cover the last layer with Swiss role rings completely and wrap it with clink film (nylon for food preservation and packaging) and return it to the refrigerator for a period of 4-5 hours as in the picture below:

 


 After 5 hours, we take it out of the refrigerator, turn it in a plate up side down, and remove the clink film (nylon for food preservation and packaging) from it, as in the picture below:

 



 

The last stage, we decorate the sweet Swiss roll with chocolate or cream ganache.. (Optional)

 

Here I am going to prepare a chocolate and melt it in hot milk with a little sugar and add it on top of the Swiss roll Dessert, the dessert is ready to be served.

 

The taste is great, the look is attractive and classy
